Great bunch of very helpful and compassionate people.

My overall experience is frustration. As a historied, Japanese company, I didn't expect as many loose ends as there are. I also didn't expect change to be as difficult. All in all, however, the people are fantastic, and are genuinely geared towards creating a friendly, family atmosphere.

Great benefits. Great culture at Griffin. Frustrating not having documentation, which is surprising given we're ISO9001 certified. It's wonderful to have so many long-term employees, but makes change difficult to implement. Overall, it's a frustratingly wonderful place to work. Much potential!

Insurance and pay. The bonus system is a major plus as well.
Revisión
Very open and honest. We communicate extremely well and get along wonderfully.
Revisión
All very friendly and helpful. Don't seem to be any silos or territorial disputes.
Revisión
Contributing to improvements and helping make the factory team members' jobs a little less stressful.
Revisión
The fact that the management team takes into consideration the work-life balance and work satisfaction of their employees.

From the Griffin facility only: Very open and honest culture. Everyone working together for common throughput goals. No islands or silos. Great work environment.

I don't feel undervalued, but I know that pay here is lower than other manufacturing companies around the Atlanta area. The benefits certainly help offset this, however.
Revisión
The comradery. Our team communicates well, and we all know quite a bit about each other's life outside of work. Also, the level of experience and history at Hoshizaki helps a ton.
Revisión
Speaking only of the Griffin team, as I don't interact much at all with PTC, what I like best about our leadership team is how openly and freely we can talk. Nobody seems to be afraid of losing their jobs by speaking their mind (relatively speaking).
