I do not feel undervalued, however, with the amount of responsibilities that have been added to my plate, along with the experience and skillsets that are brought to the table, it would be fair to state that being underpaid is an understatement.

Offering a plethora of years consistent with the skillsets needed to achieve the organization's and department's goals, yet BOTH education and experience don't compensate for the work and/or favors requested. Favoritism is a huge thing, especially in HR, and those closest to the VP of HR, get paid.
