It is extremely difficult to say or feel anything positive about this organisation at present. I am regularly berated, rarely thanked, and I struggle to cobble money together for bills every single month.

My compensation puts me in the B40 category--ie lowest earners--based on government data in relation to the state our business is in. Lifestyle aside, empirical data alone should speak for itself, executives should not be paid at bottom tier.
