Good organization, with strong roots. Was a good place to work, but in the last 4-5 years mismanagement has been rampant. Right people are not on the right job, and high performers are being sidelined. Focus seems to be on only pushing/promoting new hires.

Compensation should correspond to the responsibilities/number of functions one is handling. New hires come on hefty packages, but those who have been here for long are not being suitably rewarded. The difference in annual reward of a high performer and average performer has been 1-1.5%.
