They are supportive on all fronts, personal life and work issues. I don't feel judged at all, and they always take my work ideas on board. I also love the trust they have in me, no micromanagement.

Working from home and the work life balance, i have kids so this helps. I love my team, we have a great bond, this makes it easier to make the days better. I love that we can collaborate and work well as a team, it makes life easier.

I love being able to work from home full time, this works so well for me. The culture is great when we do have the chance to come together, it's fun, and i love that we get shouted team dinners and activities., and the occasional voucher. Everyone is down to earth.
