There are lot of scope for the organization and the employees to excel but with the current mind set of Senior management it is practically very poor. Especially the GTO.

The team is independent and capable of producing great output only the senior leadership team is poor in planning and executing.

Giving frequent awards and recognition to the deserved employee. The sales/Marketing and GTO team never interact but we call ourselves a family. So we need to have more interactions , plan on delivering strategic projects and then look for ROI from that.

The Manager never defends the team. In-fact its other way round where we have to defend the manager. The Senior leadership team shows partiality in terms of giving credit and rewards. The developer will have a equal pay as a lead and the ratings are not substantiated with proper compensation.
