Leadership doesn't know how the sausage gets made, and is more concerned about money and technology than the people who make it all work. They use a lot of company and tech jargon, but there's no heart or knowledge there.

Everyone realizes we are all on such different pages when it comes to knowledge and experience, so the internal teamwork is amazing. People are always willing to help out and share ideas, problem solve, and say "Oh, I had a project like that, let's figure it out!"

It feels like a captain-less ship. We need leadership to pick a direction and go with confidence and knowledge. We also need to focus more on the now instead of the future - our goals are big, and that's great, but they aren't attainable on the timeline leadership demands.

We haven't received an updated handbook with "ancillary" benefit explanations (PTO, days off, parental leave, etc). We have no idea of what a raise schedule would be. Matching 401k would also go a long way. There is no expectation that employees can retire at Knowable - show that this is a concern.
