LN is the saddest company I've ever experienced: Workforce has the highest IQs, yet are treated poorly re lack of career growth and low/flat salaries. In Customer Support, only sycophancy is valued which breeds poor management as the sycophants get promoted. Talent is treated as a threat.

1. Growth opportunities are severely limited, and HR provides no help with career pathing. 2. Benefits diminish in quality every year, wages are flat, yet benefit costs rise. 2. Diversity is more than color or race: other types of employees are utterly ignored, including older employees.
