The ability for our company to quickly adapt and change when the world is doing the same thing. When all of the protests were going on in 2020 our company quickly launched diversity seminars for anyone to partake in.

How diverse our team is allows for so many new ideas and perspectives. Team meetings are always discussions about work and fun things going on in your life. Even with COVID we have had virtual happy hours to keep everyone connected.

All ideas are listened to by senior leadership no matter who you are. Management is always encouraging you to grow and develop your career however you'd like. The amount of organizations offered to join are endless and if you see something missing they will gladly accommodate.

After being at the company 2 years you get an additional week of vacation. There are so many benefit options to chose from and you always know exactly what you're paying for. Taking time off is always encouraged and if you don't use all your PTO you can carry 5 days into Q1.
