Poor. When people switched to remote, the company didn't provide us additional resources for internet or phones. I had to use my personal number for months before being provided a VOIP number. My internet had to be upgraded to meet the needs of the company tools - again no reimbursement

Honest efforts to diversity and inclusion. There seems to be an influx in accolades for the company but I haven't seen real change in attitude. Managers needs to be training on harassment and proper reporting procedures to ensure a safe workplace.

Retain employes by providing honest salaries that exceed market rate - especially for job changes. There is a lot of TALK about D&I but no real change. Simple things can be implemented such as publishing D&I information and salary bands for ALL positions.

My compensation is no where near market value for similar positions at other companies. Provide banding that is visible to internal and external candidates and provide actual COLA rather than the 2% that happens. Benefits have seriously decreased in the time that I have worked here.
