I love the passion here, but we need to focus that passion on the right things. We are still trying to do too many things at the same time and that makes it hard to do anything really well. Too many meetings, too many work streams. We must focus to succeed!

I enjoy the people I work with and the larger meaning of what it is that we do. I would like to see us do a bit more to secure our future and more directly take aggressive competitors more head on. I would also like a more clear career path for my future laid out and explained to me.

The US isn’t trusted by HQ. As a result we aren’t getting what we need to run things around here. We know what we need to fix

All of our jobs have changed a great deal the last 2 years and will change more with Regionalization. People need to be properly compensated for the "actual work" they are doing now.
