I enjoy the people I work with and the larger meaning of what it is that we do. I would like to see us do a bit more to secure our future and more directly take aggressive competitors more head on. I would also like a more clear career path for my future laid out and explained to me.

The US isn’t trusted by HQ. As a result we aren’t getting what we need to run things around here. We know what we need to fix

All of our jobs have changed a great deal the last 2 years and will change more with Regionalization. People need to be properly compensated for the "actual work" they are doing now.
