Earlier when there was flexibility in working environment and workplace then it was good, but since we are being asked to come to office and base location, it really messed up the work/life balance and overall company experience and environment.

There should be less office politics and better relationship with employee and what they need for better work and should provide proper flexibility to work from wherever required so that this can boost employee motivation

I am working since almost last 2.5 years here and working almost as double than any other engineer in my team in case of my MBOs/stats etc. but still I am not being promoted and being given an excuse on some policy of no promotion in starting 2 years.

Employees are vigorously asked to come to office/base location, even when there are some issues even when the work can be done from anywhere remotely with the comfort of loved ones and in a greater level of efficiency. The same was observed during COVID lockdown and the company saw a great increase
