Management doesn’t bother to get to know their employees, even after four years with them. Poor training etiquette, poor communication, schedules are never posted two weeks in advance like they claim. They don’t really care about giving recognition where it’s deserved. They’ll hire unreliable people

I get the whole point of “members first”, but employee welfare is important too. The ethics are terrible! I had to get 18 year old kids to apply for both credit cards (difficult to be approved for) and end up dinging the kids credit score before it even starts! They don’t care about customers
