We the facilities team serve 24x7. We have night shifts, in a week 2-3 different rotational shifts. Numerous times we use does overtime. But, there are no perks for overtime & the night shift allowance amount is just awful. I have completed approx. 19-20 months, till date no appraisals or updates.
