Overall a good place to work. Some managers and "leaders" are really damaging, others are fantastic. Its kind of an unknown and "luck of the draw." Often times Uber wants to do everything and there hasn't always been a clear set of priorities. Its gotten better since covid, actually

It's been a great experience overall. I really enjoy the positive "we can do this" attitude, exemplified by the "Go get it" cultural value. I've had a mixed bag of managers in my time, though. I would say my managers don't push or coach me at all. Sometimes our overall vision is nonexistent.
