I love what I do and how we operate but things are changing as we grow rapidly. Turnover has increased and morale is lower than it was pre-covid. Hiring is no longer seen as a team event and it no longer feels like a family. Things are less personable and more transactional in the office.

As an AE I absolutely LOVE my local recruiting team. They are the best and work so hard to get the job done. Everyone brings something different to the table and makes it work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No 401k match, health benefits are poor and require lots of out of pocket expenses, no stock or equity in the company is offered. If there was a 401k match and yearly pay increases rather and more healthcare options if would help.

They care about the success of all their employees and you are never treated as just a number. They want to bring out the best in you and you always feel like you’re interacting with a peer rather than a superior and they give you
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very interactive and the whole team was involved in the process when I was onboarded. Things have since changed but when it was a team decision I felt like I was joining something bigger than myself and I felt as though I already know the team before I started.
