The management at the store that I work at is terrible. It is clear that the manager does not care about the store or it's employees. I hate going to work, as the costomers and management are horrible.

Being that I wasn't even interviewed before being hired, I would say that it is very bad. there should be some sort of interview process in the company.

Better management, and more that goes into the hiring process. The management will hire almost anyone who applies, which leads to some very bad workers that work at the establishment.

I didn't even know that there was a compensation package. I am only aware of my pay, which I am surprisingly satisfied with. Though, I was promised a bonus for referring two members, and never received it.

Caring about the employees. I and many other employees have noticed that we are expendable to management and other higher ups at our store, making us feel as though we are not valued and we do not enjoy working there.

Many costumers are dissatisfied with the state that the store is in, because it is dirty and falling apart, but the workers are not given the right cleaning supplies to be able to clean, and some other employees refuse to clean at all.

Some of the coworkers that I work with are very nice and easy to work with, while others are not. I am aware that everyone does things differently. but that does not need to be how others do things as well. there are also coworkers that treat me with zero respect.
