Que faut-il changer pour améliorer la culture de l’entreprise?

Less stress Better compensation to be more of an initiative to deal with everything we have to deal with on a daily basis. I would LOVE to earn paid vacation and I believe it's well deserved for all the hard work I do everyday for the past 10 years
