They're all just as dysfunctional as myself but in their own unique ways, so it's more like a weird family than just my coworkers.

I've worked for IHOP for over 3 years and haven't received any form of annual raise or bonus in the past 2. I work harder than most people in that place and am treated like a nobody.

I work in my own quiet little area in the B.O.H. (Back of House), so usually I can get the quiet piece of mind each day in order to full fill my duties with. My area of Zen and tranquility if you will.

Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?

The lack of leadership ability and overall communication are the biggest problems. If everybody would start helping each other and talking, instead of yelling at each other or saying how, "That's not my job", then things would run 10x more efficiently at work!

De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?

They need to start practicing their team title for starters. There is absolutely zero communication or any form of teamwork within that building. The managers all act like little high school children who are all about the whole," Do what I say, And not what I do" trend!
