We had am amazing culture - but culture changed from selling value to selling revenue - we say things about physiological safety and customer centric but we are revenue centric

New staff earn upto a 30% higher salary then staff thats loyal to the company and add value. Once again dont trust the system so can't say why and how I add more value.
