I take pride in working at LexisNexis. There isn't a day that goes by that I am not proud to be a part of advancing the rule of law. I believe in the products and services we provide.
my experiance has been great. LexisNexis has provided me an opportuinty to have a career
I am proud to work at LN but I do wish I felt like they were proud to have me working here.
I wish that my tenure and dedication to LNLP was recognized. I wish it meant as much to the company as it has meant to me.
my team is commited to learning
That everyone helps eachother and tries to share success
We do a great job of recognizing top performers
Feeling undervalued and forgotten about
If you are selling AI, the VC pay is good
My base is very low for my tenure and dedication
The culture they create. This is a fun place to work
reward and recognition. Making people who don't sell AI feel valued
The most positive thing about our culture is that we are inclusive
I love that my company celebrates success and does things to make employees feel valued
When I get to share my ideas and create different pilots or programs. Messuring success
The atonomy I have to get done the things I am supposed to. The work/life balance
My team does a great job of keeping things positive and making sure we are sharing best practices
I like how innovative they are and some of the tools they have provided to make my role easier
I like the focus they have on our customers and providing valuable resources that help to advance the rule of law
I like the innovation. Things are never stale. They are engaged with their people and it really feels like that not only want your opinion, but they value it.
I like that my team is hungry to learn. They have such a drive to be the best. They are coachable and they want to perform for themselves, and their team.
We really like to celebrate the success of individual contributers which I love. Our group is creative and they plan fun things. The work/life balance is also great when you are an individual contributer
I love to learn. I love when I get an opportunity to step outside of my comfort zone and work with other business units. Anytime I get to collaborate with someone outside of my segment, I am thrilled.
It makes me the most happy when I can spend time coaching and encouraging my team instead of spending the entire day on customer escalations. I like being a part of the business and coming up with ideas to provide a good experiance for our customers
I would like a higher base. I do A LOT of work that is outside the scope of my role. I look at my co-workers, who do half the amount of work I do, and it seems unfair that they make the same as me when I know I work much harder.
I love that "aha" moment a rep has when something we have been working on finally comes together. Or when I suggest they do something to push themselves out of their comfort zone, they do it AND they learn something about themselves. I love being able to contribute to the success of others
I feel that the duties/responisbilites are not evenly divided. It sometimes feels like my group works a lot harder than others but is held to different standards for the same or less pay. We have a lot less resources than other groups so we do a lot of extra lifting and are not compensated for it
I feel like I work extremely hard for this company. I have developed a lot of the years and I know there are other companies that would align my duties/abilities better with my pay. It is hard to hear that people I know that are making so much more (outside of LN) but have half the work ethic I do
I feel undervalued because of my compensation. I truly want a carreer at LN but I feel like my willingness to get involved has been taken advantage of. I have made the moves I have bc I was told it would be best for my career. I have made a lot of sacrifices (like taking pay cuts) while the company
