Enjoy working at Lexis. I enjoy my coworkers, work and family balance, spirit team activities. My only issue is the way the base comp is fairly flat. VC is just that. It's variable. I've earned circle and continue to do well, but I feel it should be rewarded more in my base.

We are empowered to make decisions based on our interactions with internal/external customers. Our manager listens and responds with tools to assist our day-to-day efforts.

Everyone is super helpful and recognizes/chooses to help support each other. We share best practices and truly want the best for each other and our customers.

I appreciate being in the office to see people face to face, but I greatly appreciate the work from home days because that's when I can really focus and become more productive.

For busy families, I love that I can work full time and take advantage of the generous time off and the ability to buy an extra week of PTO! Really supports work and family balance.

Working with our customers. I also like the coffee bar and being able to take a mid-morning break to walk. Miss the old walking trail. Love being able to incorporate physical activity while at work.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I work in a Sales role. When we have a good year and almost reach out goals, the goal is raised. Often times, it results in getting a "pay cut" from the previous year. Wish there was more focus on providing cost of living type adjustments and merit type raises applied to our base.
