Leadership has been wonderful. The opportunities here for those who want to put in effort are great. I look forward to my future here.
Positive energy and willingness to collaborate.
Many inclusive groups, multiple options to work on sharpening leadership skills.
Ability to collaborate with others. Opportunities to work on leadership to continue to move forward in the company.
They continually listen to our feedback and either respond when they can or at least recognize when they cannot.
The best part is that it is uncapped commission. The only downside is the base pay is lower than most other companies.
No cap on commission. Meaning the harder I work the more I can make. It helps motivate me to do more and work harder which benefits both the company and myself.
They are supportive and help get you answers when needed. My questions/concerns are always addressed. They also respect that we have outside lives and ensure we are not overworked and can enjoy life outside of work.
Knowing there is support and I can always get help if needed but also not feeling like someone is constantly scrutinizing everything I do. There is a lot of freedom to get work done in our own way which promotes healthy workflows.
Th understanding of life/work balance. My last job it was a constant issue of having to sacrifice my home time and family time to help the company and no reward for doing so. LexisNexis never makes me feel pressured and in fact encourages family time and unplugging when the work day ends.
Support. I get so much support from my team which has helped me grow and learn so I can perform my job well and in turn earned me a promotion as I was confident in my work. My team is really a good system that helps build each other up so we can all do well.
