In the UK business, I do believe that the conern for welfare is genuine and that leaders do want what is best for the person as well as the employee

The problem with surveys like this is that most people will now know what/who you mean by Leadership Team and Executive team. In this question, is this the UK SLT? If it is, I think the UK leadership does an excellent job but is heavily skewed to GTM, which is a little concerning
