They are easy to work with. I learn a lot from them and they help me make sure the quality of my work is at par with those who were hired ahead of me.

The quality and quantity of work I can do to reach my quota. Both challenging and fun though there are a few times when it gets boring due to repetitiveness. Still, I find my work cool.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I hope that salaries will be adjusted to make it more competitive with other companies who are offering higher or sometimes double the basic salary our company offers. Due to the inflation, I personally find that the current offer is somehow not enough.
