I would have to say that the manager who is over our team is not effective. Very condescending at times. Rarely has 1:1 or team mtgs. Rarely gives positive feedback. Very little guidance.We've hardly had any team mtgs. The pricing at LAW360 is like the Wild Wild West. Most customers paying way above

Speaking to customers but that is rare these days as most company contacts prefer email to a live call or mtg.

They are engaged but I am disappointed that there seems to be very little team mtgs? We're all isolated as remote workers and I would like to see more engagement and guidancefrom a team perspective. Thank you. Also pricing seems to be a very confusing issue in LAW360. Too many customerare overpriced
