Do not feel undervalued. But I certainly hope for improved compensation. I don't believe my compensation matches my contributions

Compensation is low. Promotion hikes/annual increment is low. Support regarding immigrations is slow. The company provides no incentives to work harder. No matter how hard you work you will still get paid the same as everyone
