
Overconfident in the products we are offering. Some of our products requires vigorous improvement to deliver value. What we perceive is different from what our customers are experiencing. Most small firms opt for our competitor's. That's something we need to look into.
Wages range is below market value as compared to peers who works in other multinational company (eg Shell, Amex, Intel). Wages increment range is shockingly unappealing. Would appreciate it if we can have transparency in salary, increment and bonus range. We can expect the outcome and work for it.
Quality of work - some of my coworkers seem to take work less seriously. Slow turn around and not thorough research for content. Communication skills - Lack of communication with one another when working on projects. Lacks initiative to plan the next cause of action. I need to take initiative.
