Focused on adding value for the client and crushing the sales number. Also, it's a very mature group who has little complaining and negativity. Always reaching out to help.

Territory Structure allows the sales staff to hardly ever fight over the same accounts. In most other companies its commonplace to have to fight each other which leads to little to no collaboration and willingness to help. Healthy competition

100% Work from home for highest performers, who know that the office decreases my productivity. Also, the fluctuation of VC plans for TCMs is jarring. Swings in compensation 20k per year, with the same performance puts a bad taste in the mouth of the best sellers.
