They have several brief town halls to help us understand the goals and developments of the company at the moment. They seem more personal and personable.

I'm an engineer, so coming up with a new idea or solution or overcoming a difficult issue make me happy. Otherwise, it's interacting and working with my co-workers on job related issues.

We have worked together for over 20 years. We know how to work well together and we know each others strengths and weaknesses. We know who to go to for issues or problems.
