The autonomy and the creative input I get to have with our content. And the supportive environment.

Transparency, communication and most people being passionate about our products and what we put into them. Flexibility, and everyone working with everyone else's idea of that, is a huge part of the positive aspects of our culture. I value that and know others do too, immensely.

I am satisfied with the base salary from when I started. I am dissatisfied with that amount now that I have been here for 2 years. I realise my dissatisfaction is due mostly to the increase in the cost of living, rather than reward for my time spent.

My new hire! A co-worker who also wants to work the way I do in improving our content and is passionate about the subject matter we work on. I don't have that with my other (contractor) co-worker. It has made a big difference for me in my day-to-day.
