My overall experience gives me a chance to work with different stakeholders across the globe. It gives me range and not just limited to one perspective only. However, this might also be the reason why the counterparts tends to overspill work to us instead of doing things on their own.

I am truly glad that I was given multiple opportunities to this company. It open so many doors that I push myself to the limits that I never thought would exist. I just hope that they don't just see us a a member of a shared services team and will provide equal opportunities to all

With the inflation, I think it is the high time to revisit the benefits and compensation given to the employees.

It is the camaraderie that I have with my colleagues and immediate manager. That even we have a tons of work, we still find time to make ourselves happy and laugh at times

My coworkers across the Globe should have more initiatives. Understandably, we are working as a shared services but I think it would make the work better if they take tasks forward instead of everyone acting as an executive/boss and pass all the work underneath
