The overall experience is good. Every feedback point I have here is because I want to make the company better and for it to (1) Perform better in the market and not be perceived as a "legacy player" (2) Grow faster (3) be a better place to work in (supported by points 1 and 2)

The culture is casual and collaborative in most cases. Some improvements can be made in the personal responsibility people have and better definition of processes, roles, and responsibilities

My experience is that the company is too siloed and teams lack the flexibility to change existing processes/ways of working, even when changes are needed to be competitive in the market. Additionally, many times the communication with Mike goes through too many hands, diluting the value of messages
