My colleagues. The flexibility to work 1 day a week in the office. General ability to flex working hours as I am trusted by my manger which makes me more loyal and committed.
Knowing my DRs are paid as much or more than me but not allowing any adjustment for that if it doesn't fit in growth bands. Knowing people doing exactly the same job as me in another JX are being paid much much more than me.
Listening to people on the ground. Understanding that different JX have nuanced needs and one size fits all may be easy but its not always best. Understand that low pay compared to our actual resource competitors (not the broad spectrum of tech firms) means that we can't hire or keep good people.
