I enjoy working on interesting problems with my colleagues, but I think company needs to value their employess more. Recently, the fast pace of development, ambitious deadlines, low amount of rewards despite of company success doesn't show that.

Senior people were always eager to help juniors. Currently with the load of the work they are doing their best they can because of the remaining culture

Company expects 100% of my capacity, but instead during years it decreases 401K benefits, no stock plan, no improvement on bonus, freeze on travels even on internal conferences, no market competitive salaries, although company is doing fantastic and has unseen revenue growth, net POS, etc.
