
Top management is truly awful. They do not care one bit about employees. They say they are listening but sometimes one has to act on what they are being told to display this. Working with rather than against people would be a start
A proper pay rise. Transparency about what particular roles are paid. More holiday, instead of less. Summer hours returned. New contracts speak volumes of what RE think of retaining people. Truly flexible working -- not just flexibility between the hours of 8-6. Return to a local culture not global
Listening to and working with those they refer to as SME when it suits them. The only time we're SME is when we are required to carry out changes we had no involvement in. We have no power to control how we do our work but all the responsibility to ensure changes are a success. Top heavy change
