Compensation should be looked into. Salary is not that competitive which is also a reason why employees are leaving. Inflation has occurred and a starting salary of 16,000.00 isn't enough to go by your life in a monthly basis. Also, compensation should be looked into as well.

Normally, close friends. Nowadays, the spark is not there so I'm at a certain percentage in looking for other opprtunities

Comparing my workload and effectiveness in the team to others, I think I should be compensated more. Especially if you are already considered as tenured. Companies should focus on retaining their employees especially the tenured ones since they are there for a long period of time.
