not all of us are interested with social activities. it would be very helpful if there would be more technical trainings as well as some of us value learning than socialization.

it's so difficult to ask for help and yet we are expected to perform our best despite the fact that many times we're no longer sure if what we're doing is correct. additionally, it's so hard to find opportunities outside BUs. how can we qualify for other open positions if we do not use their tools.
