Undervalued, yes. I am not compensated for the projects and ideas I completed. Actually, I feel insulted with pizzas and donuts.

The company used to value its people. Now they change it to "valuing what matters" and that somehow pertains to cost savings, projects. increased metrics, etc.

I'm happy (I will be happy) when I receive incentives for my hard work in completing a project. (Sad, I only get 'thank yous' and 'congratulations').
