It is one of the best, it could be perfect 10 if we can reduce the number of RTO from 6 days to 1 day. When its pandemic we already proved that we can work more effectively at home and I hope we continue to do that at a level where everyone can "WORK PERMANENTLY AT HOME".

Work from home is the most positive culture and environment in the company hence they still need to reduce it to maximum of 2 days in a month.

Everyone agrees that Working from home is what drives us beat our numbers and exceed our targets. Everyone also agrees that reporting to office should be maximum of 2 days in a month and not 6.

When I know that I can work from home and does not need to report in the office. One reason why I always exceed my sales target is because I have the opportunity to work from home, it allows me to accomplish more things and close more sales.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
One things that needs to be remove with the current VC program is the "claw back". I have worked with a lot of sales account before and this is the only role where I am getting a claw back for clients who failed to pay their monthly bill. It's outside my control and I should not be penalize for that
