That 90% of the time the work is predictable, the 10% is both stressful and exciting. Not too bad, keeps you on your toes. I like that I'm also allowed and encouraged to find new ways of working.

I appreciate the time they take to explain the reason behind decisions. I may not agree with all of them, but understanding the why of them is helpful as I see how it fits into the business and I can assess if that's still something that aligns with me.
