They all want to help. Not everyone has the expertise for our products or our processes, but they all want to be helpful.

When I can help a client with a solution that they did not know we had or they were not sure how to use.

I lost my help for this year, SC, TSC, and TCMs. My paycheck got cut in half. I am doing more work and producing more sales this year than last. I wonder if anyone in Management can say they had the same happen to them. If so than we are all equal and I apologize for filling this out negative.

You cut my client list from 540 to 140 and raised my goals for the same pay. You cut my pay in half and this is not what I signed up for when taking a base pay cut to come to this role 18 months ago. I am looking to switch roles in the company because this was a bait and switch.
