Time off is pretty strong and gives me needed time away to decompress. Only issue with that is the work doesn't go away, it only piles up.

Our team's energy and desire to give the best solution to our stakeholders maikes it worth coming to work. We strive to give our stakeholders more than they ask for as ultimately our stakeholders are customer facing. Our sales success = our success.

My direct leader is compassionate and really tries to establish a worklife balance and is willing to jump in and help where needed. I don't know my senior leader yet, but so far it appears that the will be also wanting to help in making his team successful by managing expectations.
