I worked here for 30 years next year and have worked in the publishing side for that time and it has a great journey from the fist computers for publishing to Generative AI. The company is dynamic, forward thinking and has a great culture.

salary is good, however it is the company that is the most value in my opinion. All the money won't give you a good culture to work in.

Acceptance that things can go wrong and you are not penalised for that. Autonomy of role, but support is there when you need it. Freedom to try new ways.
