they seem people-person, they make small talks with employees during work days and even on company events, which are great to feel included.

the RELX Cares activities are my favorite part. It enables/encourages employees to take part of these activities or set up their own for causes they want to support in.

salary increase, and higher HMO coverage limit would be great, gym memberships would also be great too, as well as mental health or wellness leaves (maybe at least 5 per year)
