I would rate my over all experience with the company as 9/10. I truly appreciate the hybrid set up, the well maintained facilities and the 7hour work schedule, which contribute to a positive work environment. The only area I believe could be improve is compensation. The Pay structure

I've noticed new hires are starting at a higher rate, and it's made me feel a bit undervalued. I really enjoy my work, but I'd appreciate if my rate could be reviewed based on my time and performance here.
