RELX is a great company provides a work life balance, a career opportunity but yearly increase of salary is based on projects you submitted which i think should not be a mandatory. And I hope that HR make sure that salary increase should be greater with inflation.

I feel undervalued since I always requested for the realignment of the salary but still no action.

I like the most in the company is that they provide trainings for the development of the employees.

I miss my previous team where we have a monthly team day, a pure interaction with the teammates. Since we transfer last year to a new BU, it is pure work related.
