Seems as you go up ladder, there is less appreciation for field sales, with "product sells itself" attitude. If the fact that cost of living in different areas of the country were taken into consideration. Living in the Northeast, my base stretches far less than those who live just about anywhere else in the country. I also see that my base, as compared to other divisions in the company, is much lower
