Strong company culture, honest and real especially in handling of COVID, letting employees work from home, goal orientated for ongoing product improvement and new enhancements for our customers to be competitive in all we do!

I am Ok with my compensation package but want the opportunity to earn more for hard work and top results! VC goals are steep and get harder to achieve every year and often do not take into effect situations outside of our control.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Love what I do and as a manager always taking on new projects to move the business forward! Also always deliver over goal but VC is harder to earn due to high goals and annual increases are minimal. I would like to see middle management get more perks and opportunities to earn more money.
