I love the work from home - it adds a whole new work / life balance that I did not think was possible.

We do not pay our top performers or impact makers enough - - I have been contacted by recruiters for jobs in this area paying 30-45% more. I stay because I feel committed to my people and this company - - I wish that quality was important to the executive team.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I am consistently contacted by recruiters about jobs --- while I am sure they are floating a salary that would interest me --- it is always WAY WAY above what I make now. If my pay were transparent, I would assume I am at the bottom of my band. Internals do not get as good of a deal as externals.
